I have been seeing Dr. Himelstein for many years. He is probably the most professional, talented, brightest, and yet personable doctor I have ever dealt with. I trust him implicitly with my care. He also has a superior staff who also enhance the quality of every visit.
Dr. Andrew Himelstein is very professional and knowledgeable, as well as kind and compassionate with his patients. He literally saved my life, for which I will be eternally grateful.
Absolutely! He not only is an outstanding doctor in his field, but he explains things so that they are easy to understand. He is also kind, caring and a good listener. I always feel like he hears me and knows just how to help and I never feel rushed. He also has a great sense of humor! I would highly recommend him to all of my family and friends!

DR.Himelstein has been extremely helpful and courteous in treating my myelofibrosis . His staff has made every effort to schedule my Infusion at the Newark hospital, but it is very crowded.

Very definitely. He got me well, but I still feel like he is my provider. He takes time to listen and never rushes you.
What an experience to encounter such a physician. He did an extensive physical(which I haven't experienced in many years). Asked appropriate questions and explored my history. He explained the ramifications of a possible diagnosis. Also, he repeated appropriate bloodwork. I would recommend him to anyone.
