My name is Tony H. I had a partial knee replacement done by Dr. Wassef on 9/29/20. I was that person who was AFRAID of having any surgery, let alone knee surgery. BUT!! After meeting with Dr. Wassef I was very comfortable with him and his process. I went with the robot assisted partial knee surgery. Dr. Wassef and his team are THE BEST. from my prep nurse to my recovery coach. I didn't have a need for my pain meds. THANK YOU Dr. Wassef!!

Need a new hip?? STOP! GO DIRECTLY TO DR. WASSEF! I was not an easy case. Lots of prior surgeries and scar tissue. He was so excited to fix me... and he did an AMAZING job. SUPER easy surgery, he has a great staff around him and I felt loved even during this pandemic! His nurse texted me daily for support, he reached out to make sure I was good. He gave me my life back and made the entire experience WELL WORTH IT! Please see him before you consider anyone else. He is simply the best there is.

Doctor Wassef was very good at explaining things and he thoroughly addressed my health concerns. The office in Long Beach is new and clean and the staff were polite and well trained.

I was referred to Dr. Wassef by Dr. Madrid at Lakewood Regional om July 10, 2018. Immediately upon departure of Dr. Madrid visit, I attempted to contact Dr. Wassef to schedule an appointment for my Uncle who has extreme difficulty walking and getting out of a chair due to issues with his knees however the phone rang & recording stated,"Opertors busy,Please call again.."It is July 24 & STILL UNABLE TO REACH OFFICE! No way to leve message or email info.on web. UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE!!!!

I had total hip replacement done by Dr Wassef. The surgery went well. I will be his patient for life and recommend him to anyone needing replacement surgery. I love Dr Wassef he gave me my life back. Also Long Beach Memorial had the best Orthopedic wing and excellent head nurse.

Dr. Andrew Wassef is a talented orthopedic revisionist surgeon. He has the skills, knowledge and training to handle complex orthopedic revision surgeries. He is a leader who works collaboratively with his surgical team including his P.A., anesthesiologist and others. He is willing to take on the difficult surgeries. He helps the patient prior to surgery to assist them in making the necessary lifestyle modifications to ensure a positive outcome. This may be getting diabetes in control, etc.

Dr. Wasseff is nothing short of excellent. I'm in medicine myself and appreciate the time, professionalism, knowledge and communication that marks the best. He is experienced beyond his years. Thorough, warm, thoughtful and kind. He listens and responds with a comprehensive explanation. He is a welcome addition to our community

Dr. Wassef is an amazing surgeon and I could not be more pleased with him and the outcome of this surgery. No question went unanswered and Dr. Wassef and his medical staff were amazing throughout the process and remain so. I have finished my physical therapy and the question I am asked the most is if I had it to do over again would I still have the total right knee replacement surgery? My answer is that as long it was performed by Dr. Wassef I would do it again.
