I couldn't recommend a better colon-rectal surgeon or a better person in the entire Central Pennsylvania area. I've always experienced the absolute best care and heartfelt compassion from this extraordinary physician. I would put my life in the hands of no other. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and the practice. I, thank all of them for everything they do, everyday. They make a difference and that matters; it is greatly appreciated.
He gave me back my life after Crohns surgery. I can now eat what I want and no ostomy! Very patient oriented and great bedside manner! Highly recommended!
After battling cervical cancer, my radiation treatments caused damage to my colon creating a blockage, Dr Richards took the time to explain I needed for a ileostomy surgery which would hopefully only be 12 weeks then he could do a 2nd surgery to reverse the ileostomy! He answered our questions with ease! This Dr. gave me my life back and as he stated my ileostomy surgery was 3/9/20 and my reversal was done on 05/27/20 Thank you Dr Richards for all you did! Dr. Richards gives easy to understand explanations and answered my questions thoroughly. This really put me at ease about my condition and the solution for it. He gave plenty of time and I didn't fell rushed.
