This review relates to my Mother who is a patient with Dr. Patrella for many years, to make a long story short there office policies are ridiculous your going to see the Dr. for a post op on your bursitis I asked if they could take a x-ray of her knee as she feel a week ago. I was told you need to another appt for that. My mom has Parkinson's and dementia and is home bound. Its very hard to get her to any appt. They have no compassion at all. SAD! went to see what could be done to my knees $35. went for knee shot missed the mark $35 did not work at all asked to come for less than 1 min "consultation for a different shot another$35 So after $105 dollar in 3 after appointment cancelled next one I am not rich $105 in 3 weeks or so feld like I was being used

Dr Patrella did arthroscopic surgery on my knee. Its working great now withno pain. I would highly recommend him.

The doctor was great, BUT the billing department is horrible. I always paid in full, but years later they "audited" and claimed I owed past charges. They refused to cooperate with Blue Cross to settle the claims.
Excellent doctor and support staff. Esp. His PA outstanding! I had a total knee replacement and am very happy with the skills of the Dr. Knee rehab went smoothly and the replacement is doing very good. Thank you.??
I have had great experience with Dr Patrella, David, and Shelby but the staff is another story. The staff at this office is rude, not helpful, and not very kind. They always seem to be in their own little world. In 10yrs years I have been going there, I swore I would never go back because of the STAFF, but I wanted the best Doctor/PA care around. I guess if you want the best doing surgical procedures on you then one must deal with the sour apples that he employees. It's a real shame. Staff 1?
