The staff is always helpful and very friendly. They are professional and competent in assisting me. I have never had to wait longer than fifteen minutes to be taken back to their examining room. Dr. Petrella and the PA's explain the problem and give options for curing the problem.
Very helpful and professional
Dr. Petrella was very professional and helpful in establishing a care plan for my right knee osteoarthritis. Unfortunately, my experience with Kendra in the authorization process was unprofessional. When I called to check to see if the treatment plan and injectables were approved, I was told by Kendra that she didn't have time to wait on hold to find out if it was approved, and that I had to call them myself. Dr. Petrella and his staff are top notch. His staff is very polite and inform you of every step of your treatment. Dr. Petrella is an excellent physician and has helped me become pain free. He is absolutely the best!! 5 star
This was my second visit to Dr. Petrella. Both times were problems with my knee. First let me say that my appointment request was handled very nicely by the staff. I explained the pain problem and received an appointment within four days each time. The assistant emailed a form to update my information which was completed and returned promptly. Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Petrella. He has always identified the issue and took care of our ortho issues totally satisfactorily. His PA and staff are professional and caring. Highly recommend Dr. Petrella.
Had my right hip replaced, easiest surgery I ever had. Was walking same day as surgery, completely back to normal in less than a month. Hospital experience was great. Dr Petrella and his staff are great.
Excellent experience with my hip replacement and the post-op PT. The whole process was well organized and executed.
Great experience with left knee replacement surgery. Ease and virtually pain free with knee injections on right knee. Love the fact you don’t make me sit in waiting room for more than 5 minutes when I do get injections.
