Everyone from front desk to checkout was friendly, respectful, courteous, and helpful. All were knowledgeable in their area and treated me like a person not part of the “herd” to get done with.
Everything in the office went smoothly.
I know I shouldn’t enjoy visiting a doctor’s office but I truly do enjoy going to Dr. Petrella’s. From the moment I enter the door the staff are so welcoming and it’s a nice feeling sensing everyone loves their job. Dr. Petrella and his PA’s are top notched and they actually feel hand picked to match his disposition. I feel totally comfortable in their diagnoses and treatments. If you are at anytime in need of a Orthopedic Surgeon I suggest you find your way to Dr. Petrella’s office. You will not be disappointed eh

I would highly recommend Dr. Petrella and his staff of PAs. I recently underwent a total knee replacement surgery and went into it with complete confidence. The rehab staff is excellent and everything appears to be right on track. This is a very busy surgeon and office staff, but that is because he is that good, so bring patience with you. Thank you to everyone at Citrus Orthopaedic with a special shout-out to Dr. Petralla and David Newton PA. for your quality care!

Definitely would recommend Dr. Petrella to anyone needing orthopedic consult/procedure. Great bedside manner and explains everything thoroughly and with documentation. Isn't satisfied till you are satisfied. His staff is very friendly and top notch in their field.
