Ive been a patient for 18 yrs, hes done surgery on my wife and myself and they were flawless. Doctor Petrella is an honorable man and I recommend him to everyone that I know that needs an orthopaedic specialist.
Dr. Patrella and staff were exceptional. My care was outstanding. Will recommend this practice to family and friends without hesitation.
Are three years of leg knee, hip etc. pain and one knee procedure and numerous pain injections I was encouraged to get another opinion by my family. Dr. Petrella was recommended by over a half dozen neighbors and patients we knew. In the first office visit X-rays were taken of the knee and then he told me to walk in the hallway. Wait time is minimal/appointments are pushed out most times/Dr Petrella is to the point and is trustworthy. He’s done 2 surgeries on me, all good. Front office not friendly the rest of the staff are

Pretty fast. Had surgery on the trigger finger. Should have been an easy fix. Hand has never been the same. Not very good at simple procedures. Will not go back to him or recommend.
Dr. Petrella is very thorough and kindly explains the problem and options to fix it. He is methodical in his approach and leaves a surgery option for last if possible. The entire office staff and support personnel are very friendly and efficient.
After the surgery I had an allergic reaction to what was put in my I.V. and had to rush to the ER. I was going into anaphylactic shock. We called Petrellas office and informed them of my condition, yet NEVER heard a word from them....nice to know that they are concerned whether I lived through the surgery.
What an office, long time patient. Very professional and understanding. Highly recommend Dr. Petrella and his office of any orthopedic work.
