my experience was very positive. From the moment I arrived at the the surgical center to the time I was discharged I received prompt attention. I was made comfortable given explanations about my procedure and directions for home care.RM
I had an unfortunate accident, shattered my wrist, and went to the emergency room. I was referred to Dr. Nelson as they were not able to help me. I am so glad they did. Thanks to Dr. Nelson I am as good as new. This is especially important to me because I have limited use of my legs I have had no pain and my scar has totally disappeared. I can't say enough about this wonderful doctor and the exceptional care I received. Thank you again to Dr. Nelson and his amazing staff!
Dr. Nelson took something that was scary for me and put me at ease. I was pretty nervous before my surgery but he took the time to let me decide when I was ready to have my surgery. He went over the procedure many times for me and had great handouts to help teach me what was going on. He office and the surgical center could not have been better, making a challenging situation a good one.
Right from my first visit I felt that Dr. Nelson and his entire staff, from Kim at reception to nurse and Sharon in therapy was perfect for me. I am now a year later and have 100% use again with my hand. I will and have reccomended Dr. Nelson to others and they are extremly satisfied also.
Dr. Nelson diagnosed my injury following an accident of my hand. He explained what the injury was and what could be done to correct it. I was given a handout also with a picture of the injury and he explained the repair and surgical process to expect. He answered my questions. I was postponing a trip and he worked out with me a good timeframe to rebook. I was given a folder with additional follow-up material after surgury and a notice the he would be calling that night to check on my status.
I needed elbow surgery and going to Dr.Nelson was the best decision I made. Dr. Nelson is informative and reassuring. He explained the options available and lets you decide on the path to recovery that best fits you.I had the surgery at the surgical center, staff was awesome.I was back to work within two weeks and fully recovered in 6 weeks. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who has to deal with elbow issues.
Dr. Nelson is great. What I like best is that he starts by understanding his patient and what their goals are. Then he recommends the best course of action for you based on that. He actually listens when you talk. I had torn ligaments in my thumb and am back to doing everything I could before surgery.
Would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Disgusting bedside manner. To have your loved one call crying saying they would never go back there again to see this man, is beyond upsetting to me. I thought in medical school the saying was "Always treat a patient the way you would treat your loved one." He must really dislike his family!!!!!!
Because he is an excellent professional, humanitarian and psychologist, God guide him and continue to light his way. I had an accident and my right elbow was bad, also a doctor gave me a cortisone injection the same one that left my arm worse and I could not stretch my arm. The doctor helped me and I operate, now thanks to God and the doctor I am better. Thank you for every doctor, God bless you.
