Dr. Nelson walked me through what was a bit of a scary experience with my hand. It was pretty batted up with multiple puncture wounds and I was worried I would have some permanent damage. He explained all of the things he would do and all I had to do to have a positive outcome in terms I could understand. His staff from reception to his MAs were polite and friendly, minimum of paper work forms.
I had fractured my hand 5 weeks ago when I met Dr. Nelson. I was very nervous and concerned that I would need surgery. Dr.Nelson explained everything about my injury and gave me all the information I would need to help me make a decision on when and if I would do surgery. Even though I struggled with the decision I made about not to do the surgery, he helped me every step of the way. Over all, I am doing wonderfully today and I owe it to Dr. Nelson and his expertise in his field. Thank you
Quick/timely appointments. Took time to explain diagnosis and treatment. Even took some extra time before my surgeries help ease my nerves and anxiety.
I couldnt be any happier with how my injury and surgery were treated by Dr Nelson and the staff. I was very apprehensive before my surgery but Dr Nelson put me at ease and did an excellent job on the surgery itself.
The experience of my first visit was excellent in spite of being extremely scared. My second visit was excellent because of the professionalism of both office staff, surgical center and Dr. Nelson and the coffee was great at my second visit! Thank you all!
I have had three trigger finger procedures and carpal tunnel surgery in both hands with Dr.Nelson. He is thorough and thoughtful in his explanations and care. His surgery center and office staff are top of the line. Great experiences every time! Whenever mention his name to other doctors and friends they always say he is the best. I totally agree! He has also worked on hand injuries with my young daughter and he established trust and showed compassion that made her feel safe and comfortable.

My experience of this procedure was scary at first, but overall the staff and doctor made me feel comfortable and at home.
I was nervous in the beginning and had lived with my injury for a couple of month prior to realizing the seriousness of the injury. I was surprised to learn my injury required surgery. However Dr. Nelson and the staff both in the office and at the Surgical Center were reassuring and the surgery was a great success. I am also very happy with the care and treatment from the physical therapist I see and very pleased with the progress I am making.
