Had concerns with vision issues in one eye. Dr. Cochrane was able to put me at ease & answered all my questions. I never felt rushed during my appointment. He is quiet, asking further questions & took his time during my eye exam. When I felt burning, Dr. Cochrane stopped & added more numbing drops before continuing. His quiet reassurance calmed me.
