With their patience my four year old had a wonderful experience! He talks about dentist all the time now.

I usually have GREAT experience when I'm here. However, I didn't have Doctor Heaton today and I wasn't quiet as inthused as I usually am. The docotr showed up 15 minutes past the appt time. Numbed my kiddo then left for another 15 minutes. Therefore, causing my appt time to be 30 minutes past it's scheduled time. While the doctor was working on my kiddo staff kept coming in and saying that other patients were ready and placing appintment notes in the window and talking to the doctor.
