He not only had a wealth of real estate expertise and fellow agents to help with showings, he has a list of resources such as contractors to help when needed. Might I add the contractor fees were very reasonable. If you’re looking to purchase or sell, Mr Dames is the one!
As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot to learn about the homebuying process and a million questions along the way. Drew was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and he truly earned my trust during our 6 months working together. He went above and beyond throughout every aspect of the process, from actively listening to my wants and needs in a house to making sure my new build was up to snuff at each inspection and on closing day.
