Went in on my own, knew what I wanted to test drive, loved it, leased it. Liked very much my direct salesman Eric, and GSM Stuart. However, a friend of mine thought I could've gotten a better deal, so he called to see what he could get. Sold me a car with thousands in repairs, and the paint on the bumper started flaking after 4 months of owning the car... turns out Mike *. admitted to me that they have a no prep paint guy who “touches up cars in the lot”. They refused to pay for any repairs or for the respray. Mike won’t answer the phone for me either, he will text me excuses though. This place take advantage of women and is trained to intimidate women who are alone. I had an bad experience months ago where I blocked in a small space by two men because i couldn't give them a time when i can come in to buy a specific car. i could go on and on about that day be it was very intimidating to have two big men blocking my way out of that space until i gave them an answer. I have been to Andrew Toyota for the service of my Lexus for many years. In June 2016 I had a radiator replaced. In October 2016 I had my vehicle inspected at another dealership and it was reported that the radiator needed replacement. I took the vehicle back to Andrew and they informed me the coolant leakage from the radiator was from a pressure test done at the time the radiator was installed.
