I have been a customer of this company for 10+ years. In all my years of patronage to this company, I have never felt so disregarded and devalued as a loyal customer until now. I recently went to the service department for an oil change on my 2020 Chevy Equinox. While there, I reported to a technician that my car was making odd noises and that there was oil pooling in the bay, leaking onto my belts. The last oil change was months ago. Oil pulling on top of the motor would not come from the oil change as the bolt is at the bottom of the motor. A pulley stopped working (which could happen at any time) and caused your belt to break. Things happen to vehicles with 60k miles. We would not be able to predict that. Not stop emails, hard to get insurance refund ask after year still receiving.
Went to see a car listed for sale. Car was "in shop waiting for a part & would be available to test drive the next day or two" Called about it the next day and it was still in shop. Then on day 2 , called again and was told the car had been sold . Dealt with a salesman and the GM and both had different stories. This place is SHADY AF so save yourself the hassle of untruthful or uninformed sales/GM and do NOT waste your time with this establishment.
This company's sales people will not talk a CASH deal, it seem they only want to get you in so they can extract you financial information. When I place an offer 'CASH' for e vehicle they wer selling on-line they wanted me to travel half-way across the state so they could "DISCUSS NEGOTIATOINS." That was the only reply they would give.

I had a terrible experience at Andrew Chevrolet and will never return. We looked at a car late yesterday afternoon, negotiated a price, filled out financing application, were approved for loan. I bought a car in 2022.Sales person was terrible from beginning never dealt with this dealership and never will again.Have had nothing but problems with this car oil intake system is bad.And now they want me to pay to break down the motor when this car has had problems all the time. I went to the dealership for my lease end options. I decided to make a purchase of the vehicle and requested a purchase agreement. 10 days later after talking to the finance manager, leaving a voice mail with the owner and two voice mails with the finance manger, I have not found a resolution or received a returned call from anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience at Andrew was nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a vehicle for my son in Aug of 2020. First, the salesperson was wearing a mask which I greatly appreciated, but said because it was so hard to breathe, he cut a hole in it. I was disgusted. Went in on my own, knew what I wanted to test drive, loved it, leased it. Liked very much my direct salesman Eric, and GSM Stuart. However, a friend of mine thought I could've gotten a better deal, so he called to see what he could get. Sure enough, he got a much lower deal than I did and it was for the same exact vehicle, same money down and a shorter lease.
