Where do I even begin.. I had an appointment for an initial evaluation and she was a hour late which is honestly the norm at this location with all doctors. Cedars is basically a medical mill. The doctor saw me for less than a minute and told me she will send me to get a MRI done while walking out the door. I have had to reschedule my MRI twice and finally just canceled it because her team never communicated with my insurance company to authorize it. Very disappointed that I allowed a letter to go forward with her as a surgeon. I wish I would’ve read her reviews prior. She came recommended by one person and I was told negative things by another. So conflicted next time please everybody do your research before choosing a doctor aftercare is very important. She does not give you any follow up aftercare. She was incredibly patient, kind, personable and knowledgable.
Sigh. I'll begin by saying I have empathy for doctors (my father, my exes, my friends, are all doctors - about 20 deep) as well as a deep understanding of what it takes to be a physician these days. But as the other reviews suggest, the office staff does NOT get the job done. I saw the doctor on a Friday and immediately after my appointment scheduled my imaging for two weeks out. Been cancelled on twice within a week. My mother had emergency hip and replacement surgery and needs help. They keep cancelling by text message minutes before the appointment with no call or explanation. It’s Monday morning and I have been trying to get them on the phone for the past 30 minutes and no one is picking up. It’s appalling.
