She was incredibly patient, kind, personable and knowledgable.
Sigh. I'll begin by saying I have empathy for doctors (my father, my exes, my friends, are all doctors - about 20 deep) as well as a deep understanding of what it takes to be a physician these days. Been cancelled on twice within a week. My mother had emergency hip and replacement surgery and needs help. They keep cancelling by text message minutes before the appointment with no call or explanation. It’s Monday morning and I have been trying to get them on the phone for the past 30 minutes and no one is picking up. It’s appalling.
My Mom Cristina was operated by Dr Snow at St Johns in Santa Monica in mid August. Dr Snow has been quite professional and kind. She seen my mom twice. she ordered in the second visit therapy for my mom with no issues. even though the consultations have been brief, the quality of her care and attention while seeing my mom has been excellent. Thank you Dr Snow!
