Scheduled an appointment and confirmed the day before. When I arrived the staff snaps that they tried to call me. I check my phone and there were no calls. The staff then reads off a phone number that’s NOT mine and proceeds to explain it’s my fault because I must have been out of range. So they’re insisting my phone number is incorrect and/or my voicemail is full and/or my phone service is no good. Yet they had no problem reaching me at my number the day prior.
