Andrea is very helpful person. She will find you your dream home. I'm very specific about things I like for the home we're looking for. It's not easy to find one that already built but Andrea works very hard to help us and suggests us for the best. She's a very sweet, nice, kind and patient. We have used Andrea Duane for the purchase of our home and she's amazing! We were very impressed by her level of professionalism and service. She was extremely well organized, kept us updated on all the critical dates, and project managed the whole purchase process including the loan. Andrea is truly a professional. She's got her client's interest at heart every step of the way. I was so impressed with her service that I decided to use her to sell two other properties that I have, after we closed on our home!

Our home was very unusual but that didn't prove daunting to Andrea. Another factor: I had a serious spinal cord injury and so was not totally involved in selling our 3-story home and replacing it with a one story. Andrea was totally involved with both transactions. That was an enormous help to my wife. I credit Andrea with both the sale and purchase of both homes. We culdn't have done it without her.

Andrea has been a close family friend for 20+ years, so I already know she is super nice and personable. I also found out that she is excellent at her job. I've known a lot of people in the business over the years, but I can honestly say Andrea is the best!! I would and have recommended her anyone interested in having an extremely reliable and trustworthy realtor.
