Andrea puts your interests first and foremost. She is an excellent Realtor and I recommend her to everyone looking to buy a home! The market is tough right now and she has helped us to put offers in one more than one property. Unfortunately we have not found our forever home/land yet but we are still actively looking!
I can't say enough nice things about Andrea and our experience working with her as my family relocated from San Jose to Rocklin. We've bought two houses and sold one house with Andrea and she's been great to work with. We are in our current house that we absolutely love due to to her staying on top of things and acting quickly. 9 bids on short sale, that I executed mainly on my phone while traveling. Highly recommend using Andrea if you're buying or selling.
Andrea is awesome, the best in the world in what she does. She will get you the best price in any market. She iknows so much about real estate, ask and you will get the most accurate response. I have rentals I need to sell and when I plan on selling them I will only call Andrea.
