Andover Pediatrics recently came to our early education center for over 100 children to learn about the dentist. Our students loved Kristin and Shadi. Their favorite part was being able to practice their tooth brushing skills on the big stuffed animals and they were so happy to get their bags with their new toothbrushes, floss, stickers, and a special timer to help them when they brush. Thank you for taking the time to come educate our littlest patients!
I cannot recommend Dr.Morell and their team enough! From the moment we walked into the office, the experience was exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and made my child feel special. Dr. Morell was patient, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, making sure my child felt comfortable throughout. Today, Shadi and Kristin came to our classroom to speak with our preschool students about the importance of oral health. Our students enjoyed how interactive and engaging the presentation was with stuffed animals that needed their teeth brushes and different boards with lots of color and carton photos.
The front office seems to struggle with the simplest of requests; getting notified of when my daughter goes to appointment or when one is scheduled for her. I have sent several emails and have reached out via phone to Dr. Maritza Morell who couldn't be bothered to get back to me.
They put my son under, when it was not necessary to do so. They did more work than they needed. They assured me the hospital part would be covered and whatever else the dental covered. I got a bill for over 12 thousand dollars. They were not compassionate with my son, who was 4. They seemed confused as to why I was nervous to put my child under anesthesia, and treated me as if I was ridiculous for being worried.
