I am very happy to visit this team.I didn't have an appointment it was emergency They fixed my problem very fast I was first time and I meet a very nice people I recommend 1st Family Dental for everybody
Dr. Velano and his team are always so great. Also, I never have to wait too long to get in or out and that is very important to me!
The doctor and the assistant were very good at what they were doing. They were very friendly and explained everything in details.
Going to First Family Dental of Andersonville was an excellent experience. When I say it was like a “well oiled military mission,” I’m obviously being a bit factious but it all starts with having the right people in the right places to make the mission work. It obviously starts with the people in reception, who are well trained and personable. All the staff at this location are client-focused and friendly. During my visit, I was made to feel as comfortable as possible and all my needs were met. A great team of professionals !
My daughters and I have been coming here for a few years and have had only positive experiences. The front desk crew is friendly and patient, and are full of knowledge. The dental hygienists do a terrific job and take their time. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.
