I bought a Corolla at Anderson Weber from Otis 5 years ago and had an excellent experience. Otis follows up every year with an appreciative no pressure thank you phone call. Not once has he pushed for my next purchase, just always asks for me to keep them in mind for future purchases. Called me again this morning just to see how things were going. Excellent customer service without being overbearing. Great place to buy a vehicle!
We broke down tonight on our way to an appt in Madison. I talked to John in service - he gave me the number to get towed, he arranged a loaner, and we made it in time for our appt! Thank you so much John for helping us.

We loved this place!! I bought my first car here and then we just bought a Chevy Malibu here. All of the sales team are very curious and kind. I have never been pressured here like I have at other places. I highly recommend this place and especially our salesman Otis.

I've been a customer for many years and I've always been very impressed. Russ Weber has been the car dealer since my family moved here in 1987 for the entire family and if we have any problems we contact him. The service department is first rate. I'm on the road at 4 am and need my car to be dependable and I trust them explicitly. Everyone is very friendly. Even the staff at Abra are first rate. You can't go wrong at Anderson Weber.
