Payton did a great job finding the exact vehicle I wanted! It was worth the wait. Once the vehicle came in the buying process went smoothly!
The service department lacks communication. We have an extended warranty and we have to call the warranty company to verify if repairs are covered, because they don't have the time to do so. when parts are ordered we have to constantly call (with no call backs) to see if parts are even in. Very frustrating dealing with John and Kurt and their lack of communication.

I totaled my vehicle in January 2022. I knew exactly what I wanted to replace my car with. With the lack of vehicles available right away I did have to wait. No fault of the dealership it is just that way right now. I worked with Otis, and to say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He kept me updated on the day of the arrival of my car.
