RecommendedWas having issues with oil consumption in my RAV4. Had a few people look at it but my questions weren’t answered and I didn’t know what else to do. Brought my Rav in and Curt not only helped me answer my questions but helped me better understand what’s going on. I have never experienced better customer service I can say I will be returning. This is a place that goes above and beyond.

We bought a traverse three months ago, only drove it to work and back. Did our normal oil change. It said something about service stabilatrack and less then a few days later, was going to work and the engine completely seized. The mechanic it was towed to said there was metal pieces in the filter caused by something being off. Something that should have been seen by a mechanic at least 3 months prior. We called Anderson Weber and they told us to have it towed there they will take off some of the labor... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!... read more

Approximately 3 weeks ago, we bought a used 2011 Toyota Highlander Limited with 88K miles. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving the dealership we noticed a *clunk* coming from the suspension. The inconvenience of this was exacerbated by the fact that we came from Madison to purchase the car. I contacted the AW salesman, who reached out to Curt Martin, the Service Manager, and they drove to Madison, gave us a loaner, and took our Highlander back to AW, no questions asked.
