I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love how attentive they are here.
