Buying a car is never easy or fun BUT.... Richard was very helpful getting us the car and deal we were looking for. He had it all worked out so all we had to do was come sign papers. Mark Anderson helped make the experience a very good one also. He was fast and very thorough when it came to all the bells and whistles the car came with. Awesome staff!!!
I was very plesantly surprised at how easy and comfortable it was to buy my car. Phil and the rest of the sales team rocks!! The internet sales people thou need to slow their roll. 5 calls within 24 hours is ridiclous. They would have lost the sale if I had my way!! Thanks sales team for pulling it out for the dealership. Bought a car yesterday. Our sales man was Fernando Diaz newer didn’t have all the answers but took ownership of every question. He was very easy to talk with. He made sure to show me all the features of my new car and had me download the app to help. The GM also kept his word by putting in writing what he said he would do! They would take care of it. If the City charged any extra CITY TAX which is a joke for buying outside the City. We will definitely go back!
