I see a lot of people giving this place awesome review! I had no problem. With sales department. Service department is TERRIBLE!! This place and company does NOT stand behind their vehicles. NOTHING is covered under warranty!!!
Kevin is the greatest!! He did such a great job finding me exactly what I wanted and worked miracles making it affordable.
Had a amazing experience at the dealership. First the vehicle I was interested in was not at the lot but at another they had it transferred that day. Salesman knew about the vehicle and went over things thoroughly. Staff was not pushy at all and even showed me other vehicles that met the same requirements instead of pushing one. The purchasing time was really quick also, I did not have to spend 3 hours in the back room with them pushing more items. A wonderful experience all around. Our salesman, Kevin Bundy, was attentive to what we wanted. No one played the car game. Where you tell them what you want, and they try to sell you something different. None of that. We were in and out with our new vehicle in about 90 minutes. The finance gentleman, (I apologize, I have forgotten your name sir.) explained our deal to us in plain English. Any questions we had, we're immediately answered. Thanks Anderson Auto group. We are a Kia family for life.
