Great buying experience Was shopping for a 2010 Honda Fit Sport A/T - and had used edmunds.com, kbb.com and costco's auto buying program to get several quotes from dealerships all around the bay area and even northern California. Excellent Honda service dealership Been here for 4 yrs for oil changes every 5k miles/6 months for my Civic Hybrid. Their service department is excellent, especially Jim. I've never had a problem, and they're often done with my car in 1 hour. Plus they provide free wireless internet, coffee, a big screen TV, clean bathrooms, comfortable seating, toys for the kids, and an airy dealership hall while you wait. Plus free shuttle. Do not go there if you are women. Avoid Joe Tran (the Fleet Manager). I give Anderson Honda 1 star not because of their cars but because of their horrible customer service (specifically to the fleet manager: Joe Tran). Unless you go car shop with an old man or make sure that you do not dress so casually. I bought a brand new Honda Civic LX from them in 2009. Shri S. I use Anderson for my Honda Accord V6 service all the time. They are very professional. No bullying or pressure selling tactics. They say the way it is. They will tell you if a problem is low risk or high risk situation. And allow you to make a decision without putting you under duress. Have internet access while you wait to pick your car up. Definitely recommend them for your Honda service needs.
Excellent service The service people are all quick and efficient and polite. They explain what they need to do, offer options, and tell you (if you ask) whether you can defer something and what that will mean. They will answer questions over the telephone if they can. I always have my car serviced regularly and I prefer going to a dealer with Honda-trained mechanics. The rest is convenience, attitude and luck. For me, all three of those have been excellent.
Wonderful Service Department!! I've been going to Anderson to years to get my car serviced. They always try to accommodate my schedule when making my appointment. I really like that they have an option of waiting for your car or they offer a shuttle service so you can get what you need to get done while you're without your car. The staff have always been so nice and have been able to answer any question I've had with my car. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else but Anderson Honda!
James in service I recently showed up on a busy Friday afternoon with a small but irritating service problem. I fully expected to be turned away but i thought I could at least make an future appointment or drop the car off. Service advisor James Mattox stopped what he was doing and jumped on my problem. He was courteous and efficient, fixing my problem in 20 minutes while I never left my seat.
