I'd Buy A Car Here Again I used the Autobytel website to initiate a bid for a 2011 Honda Civic. I heard back from Anderson Honda, and specifically Luiz Pereira immediately. Of all the dealers giving me a quote, they were the most straight forward. The bid had no hidden costs and included the destination fee. He also gave me a $300 low price guarantee that I took him up on and he was very professional about this as well. Overall a very positive experience.
Fast and Easy Purchase All my family members drive Hondas. I wanted a 2010 Element to replace my 2003 model. I called ahead about the car I wanted. Les had it ready, answered all my questions. It was a straightforward deal with no problems. Got just what I wanted at a great price!
Unscrupulous Finance Guy Tried to Rip us off! My wife and I did most of our price comparison and negotiation over phone and email. So when we got there, there wasn't anymore haggling. That's the good part. Our experience with Les Leonardo, the salesman, was also ok. When we got to the finance department, a totally different story. That's where Sanjay the finance guy tried to rip us off. He told us lies after lies to get us to purchase the Honda Care service contract. My shopping experience in Anderson Honda was really pleasant when I applied for the quotes, tested driving in the Saturday afternoon after a minor shower, and then got my car away on the next Monday. Anderson Honda Have been Anderson Honda customer for four years and car owner for 50 years. Very competent service, always on time, fair prices. They never push an expensive solution if a cheaper one is available. I have dealt with three different service managers at Anderson and all have been straight shooters, something I really value since I despise manipulation and indirectness and half-truths. Simply the best dealership I've run across in 50 years.
