I’ve loved my first year+ at Anderson Flats! It’s been a great entry into RAL with a beautiful, open floorplan, pretty patio, the best maintenance from Nazario, and epic management from all-star manager Joanna.
I’ve lived at Anderson Flats for about two years, having moved to Raleigh for better proximity to my job in the downtown area. I’ve lived in many different apartments, but Anderson Flats is truly second to none. The office and maintenance staff are incredibly attentive, always responding promptly to any needs or questions. I have lived at Anderson Flats for many years now and have thoroughly enjoyed it here. The leasing agents are incredible people and have always been quick to assist if I ever needed anything. The maintenance staff is friendly and the events make it a fun place to live. The location is also hard to beat.
