Beware!!! – Brought in our 4Runner for repairs from a rear-end collision and were given a quote. After much confusion with our truck and another customers my wife went to pick it up and it was not ready. When she went again to pick it the next day she found that all of the damage was not repaired. We were told it was missed in the estimate even though it was pointed out to the estimator and would cost an additional $340.00 to fix. Excellent Repairs – My 2012 Fiat 500 needed special attention. My wife was involved in an accident and Auto Tech and Body handled the whole repair process with such ease. they repaired the body and paint, fixed the radiator and a/c issue and did a wheel alignment. excellent service. They finished the repairs in a shorter time than what the insurance said. Even the adjustor was impressed by their facility when he came to inspect the car. I would use them and recommend them to my friends.

Excellent Repair Facility – I just picked my Lexus after having it for a week at the shop. go to another shop! – Avoid at all cost! The "quality repair" they did on my $35k vehicle was an affront to anyone with vision (corrected or not). Sunbeam auto was to replace my damaged bumper cover, and fix any extraneous damage from the accident impact. They found the cheapest bumper cover (from someone else
Best Customer service ! – Cant say enough about this place, hit a deer husband out of town. 3 kids no van, called for help to Total Auto Body. They got me a rental van, went to the tow lot to pick up my car seats and other kid stuff, came to my house picked me up. Wow...my van was fixed cleaned, vacuumed and returned to me in 4 days. If you need problems solved give these guys a call. Returned my rental van and drove off in my van like it never happened.
TOTAL turn off in the front office. – Needed 2 estimates for my insurance company. I went to Total got a free estimate, and told them I would be going to another shop for my second estimate. The guy asked who, and proceeded to slam his compitition. Total turn off!!! Needless to say if you have to slam the competition you can't be that great yourself. I went to the other guy.
