When my vehicle was completed, they called me so I can go pick it up. What was really convenient was, I was able to leave the rental vehicle @ the shop. The office staff are so professional and friendly. My vehicle looked great, I was very happy with the completed repairs. Its looks like I had never been in an accident.

The warranty matches their service - GREAT – They did a great job repairing our Jag, a year later the finish of the clear coat seemed a little blurry is some areas. I may have been to blame, but without questioning me or trying put the burden back on me, they simply polished out the car and made it looked spectacular. Very Happy Person – Their location is not very convenient for me but I wouldn't dare take my car anywhere else for body work. I wish every business was run like this! They even work directly with my auto insurance "Farmers"!
The knowledge of the salesperson, and his persistence in working with us to provide the best system at the best price, & the thoroughness and professionalism of the installers, despite very trying conditions (e.g. extreme heat in attic during installation of AC) were the most memorable aspects of our experience
Friendly and Efficient!! – The shop is very fair efficient and friendly!
The work done was awesome as well. I had a bumper replaced on my Honda Accord as well as some other parts and to this day, I have had no issues with the parts or paint job. All of the lines where the bumper meets my frame and the other parts of the car are proper distance and correctly aligned. I bring this up because I had bad experience elsewhere. From now on, I will tell my insurance that I would prefer to only go here.
