Okay, I haven't had a car for six years. Plus I am inheriting my mom's car. Plus I live in a Fourplex with squeezed parking in a carport. So, I might be a woman driver but, when the side of the car "kissed" the yellow parking barrier pole I thought I was going to die. It sounds like a couple people have had a hit or miss with Anderson. I haven't had much reason to go to a repair shop in the past so I can't comment on their prices, but their customer service and quality of work is great. From day one, I received calls updating me on the progress and what the next step was in order to get my car repaired. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, both on the phone and in person. LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON THE REPAIRS – I got in a accident but didn't want to go to the body shop my insurance company sent me to. Anderson Behel works on high end vehicle. When I drove up I seen Porsche, Mercedes Benz, and Audi on their lot. They accepts any insurance claim, so I was very happy. I brought my estimate from my adjuster and they got me in immediately ! I went to Anderson-Behel after someone broke into my car. To their credit, they do quality work. In my case they had to replace the driver's side door panel and repaint the entire left side of the car. (All this because the thief pried out the driver's side lock cylinder. Good thing it was covered by insurance because the parts and labor totalled over $2,000!) When I got the car back it looked better than it did the day I bought it (used, admittedly)
Do NOT take your car here! – Had my car repaired there because they came with high recommendations, BIG MISTAKE!!! When I went to pick my car up (2 weeks late) the paint didnt match at all it was like night and day the manager said it was ok that the sun was shining on it wrong and he kept trying to sell me on the crappy paint job which I had another shop repaint to match the rest of the car. I will never go back!
Great Customer Service !! – I had an accident and needed the repairs done to my car. I called and got a appointment for an estimate on the damage immediately. I left the car that day and a car rental was there with in minutes. The customer service was very professional and organized. I know my car was in good hands. Very professional body shop! – This is a highly professional shop. Their employees are courteous and competent. I've had my car repaired several times. They are good at keeping me informed, if I let them know that is important to me at the time I drop off the vehicle. They also arrange for a rental car, and finish the job in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this shop.
The worst body shop I've ever had!!! – Once you drop down your car, no one will pick up the phone and answer any question you have about your car. If you left them voicemails, good luck! Repairing quality - very bad. my hand paint model looks a lot better than their mechine paint. Do not recommended!!!
