my car was making some weird noises and a friend of mine recommended that I stop by this place since it was close to where I work. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely fashion. Overall, I thought it was a good experience!
They fixed some scratches I think they may have caused for free. That was a nice resolution.

Referred by my insurance company – My car was damaged in a parking lot nearby and I was referred to Anderson Behel by my insurance company. When I arrived they had all of my paperwork, called the insurance company, and went over the entire process of getting my car repaired in a lot of detail.
After this experience with Anderson Behel I would recommend them and come here if I was paying for the work (i.e. not my insurance company paying for it).
Bad Service – I went to get service on my car here, it's the worst and bad experience i've ever had there. it's like they love people money but they're not doing what they're suppose to do. My car was making a noise and they told me i'm suppose to do wheel-bearing and the noise will go away. After they fixed it, the car is still making the same noise and they ask me to pay a lot so they could fix it. Worst customer service EVER! – I was very disappointed with the service at Gate City Collision. They had my car sitting in their lot for 16 days before requesting my insurance company for an additional appraisal. They actually had to have the damage on my car reappraised by my insurance company a third time after having my car for 3 weeks! They continuously pushed the completion date out further and further. Terribel customer service – I called for a price estimate and the man who answered had the worst manners. Was very rude and kept calling me lady. "hey lady im busy right now with three other customers right now" , im sorry your body shop has to suffer the bad reputation that your workers give it. I would never come here.
Unethical Behavior. Go elsewhere! – In the process of repairing my bumper and quarterpanel after an accident, the repair technicians damaged my tire and ripped my convertible top. They refused to fix either, saying the tire was leaking and the top ripped when I brought the car in -- even though their own photos of the vehicle showed otherwise.
