When my vehicle was completed, they called me so I can go pick it up. What was really convenient was, I was able to leave the rental vehicle @ the shop. The office staff are so professional and friendly. My vehicle looked great, I was very happy with the completed repairs. Its looks like I had never been in an accident.
Very Happy Person – Their location is not very convenient for me but I wouldn't dare take my car anywhere else for body work. I wish every business was run like this! They even work directly with my auto insurance "Farmers"!
The work done was awesome as well. I had a bumper replaced on my Honda Accord as well as some other parts and to this day, I have had no issues with the parts or paint job. All of the lines where the bumper meets my frame and the other parts of the car are proper distance and correctly aligned. I bring this up because I had bad experience elsewhere. From now on, I will tell my insurance that I would prefer to only go here.

I've had to get my car repaired twice and each time they spend a lot of time explaining what they will do, they accomplish it on time and as promised. Each time the car looks great. What else can you expect and ask for! Plus they try to repair small dents at the sametime.
