I would not let this company work on my skateboard,my worst experience ever in my entire life,my front end was redone like a fun house,everything out of wac,gaps all oner everything,they told me it was ready,had to take it back ten times and still was not right,they put the wrong windshield in and told me they would put the right one in,when it comes in due to ordering it,then they lost the seal clips,after they found the clips they installed them,a week later a sress crack appeared,front tire rubbing rubber off when turning... read more

Wow! I had heard from my friends that these guys were good so my expectations were high from the beginning. I dont say this often, but they surpassed my expectations! I received daily text updates on the status of my vehicle repairs so I knew exactly what was happening to my vehicle at all times, and my vehicle was ready earlier than promised! :) I have heard from other friends who used other body shops that they are not given any updates on the progess of the repairs and 3 weeks later their vehicles are still not ready to p... read more

We have used Sunbeam auto body twice now for repairs through GEICO. I only used them the second time because of the convenience of having GEICO and Enterprise on location. NEVER AGAIN! As per Doug F. each time I went to pick my car up (3 times total) there was further damage to our vehicle. The third time I was fed up and took the car even though there is now yet another scratch and dent that was not previously there. This is a gross miss step on GEICO's part to partner with this shop. I had the company repair the left front fender of my 2007 Ford Explorer, and they did a great job. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they performed (without charge) additional work, and detailed the interior. They guarantee their work, and I highly recommend them.

Either I am a liar or Pulera employs thieves and a cocky young employee(Brent)who doesn't know how to deal with customers. (You decide) I left my car with change in the cup holder ($5-10)as I always do when I drop my car off anywhere for service. Picked up the car to discover every last coin missing. When I talked to Brent about it initially, I was laughing and lighthearted because I knew that it had to be a mistake. I figured it was in a bag somewhere at Pulera. Awful service. My car was rear ended & and they are very good at pretending to care. It changes once they get a check. Bill did not listen to details about what needed to get fixed. Missed details on my sunroof & radio when they were written on the car & they still aren't back to the original state. The accident delayed my move to north Florida. So my brother had a decent experience, but mine was terrible at Salemi's. They have had excuse after excuse for why my car has taken over 3 weeks to repair after I rear ended someone. Lauren said "the parts delivered were the wrong ones", "there were parts that needed to be ordered that were unforeseen", "the 2nd hood from the manufacturer came in damaged", "the guys are really busy", "I'm waiting for your car to go to the paint shop", etc...The quote was really high too, but my insurance company still approved it. A clean,neat shop with great service and a pleasant professional staff that supported me by explaining the cause of failure and why it was re-occuring every year. My dealership focus was charging $876 every time to do the repairs for 2 years in a row and not solving the source cause of the damage to my A/c system. At this Shop, they were fair at $567, completed the work by the time promised and I got a 6 years warrantee on the A/C condensor. Great Establishement
