Anderson Air was the second company to look at my broken heat pump unit. Sean went above and beyond in taking extra time to discuss my options and further test the system to ensure the best course of action, even verifying warranty info on site and calling local distributors. The technicians were extremely polite and knowledgeable, and the job was done the same day for half of the cost of my first estimate. I could not be any happier with the service and professionalism provided to me by Anderson Air.
Straight shooter, didn't try to sell me a more advanced or larger system than I needed. Price on a highly rated system was considerably lower priced than other quotes. Did what he promised on time. Polite, respectful of my time.
