Contractor was very nice with honest opinion that I did not need to replace my system. The problem was not the system but with the air circulation in the attic area. He recommended that I install a new vent fan in the attic.
They came out to give me a bid and we talked for some time about my needs. They never got back with me with a bid.

Our old system was choked by inadequate return air, reducing its effectiveness and efficiency. Anderson Air clearly identified and corrected the problem. Fast, Clean, Professional! Shawn was as honest as they come and dedicated to making sure his diagnoses was correct even though the out come was not what we were looking for Shawn went out of his way to insure that there was no other way around replacing our unit.
