First of all, they were open on Sunday until 5:00 p.m. I called at 4:30 p.m. expecting them to tell me they could not investigate the problem until Monday. Instead, I was asked if I wanted them to come out now. The associate was at my home within 30 minutes and the issue was fixed immediately. The cost was what I expected it to be, but the customer service from the time I called until the technician completed the job was outstanding.
Sean and his men exceeded all expectations during the installation of a new HVAC system. Sean's recommendation was spot on and I couldn't be more satisfied. Save yourself time and money. Just call Sean.
I left an e-mail the previous night, had a phone call at 7:15am the next morning. Service tech was there diagnosing the problem and didn't quit until it was done right! Part was ordered and some technicians installed it two days later. Overall, I will do business with them from now on, as I only had these reviews to go by. Completely satisfied (I wish R-22 wasn't so expensive) with their professionalism and quality.
Great Service
They were able to find the wiring done to the motherboard by the previous air-conditioning contractor was incorrect and fixed the problem. They also determined that the unit needed charging which they did. I was impressed enough with their service that I signed a one-year contract for them to service my unit.
Quick to return call and dispatch repairmen. They arrived when told. There are plenty of repair companies to chose from, but this company is rated as one of the best. Excellent service and pricing. An excellent choice for your residential HVAC repairs.
