Tech found everything was iced over due to low freon. He thawed the ice, which made a huge mess in the a/c closest that he quickly and thoroughly cleaned up. Added 1lb freon. System is 15yrs old so not unusual to be a pound low. He looked and looked for a leak but didn't find one, and he didn't create one to fix like some places would. Great service, top notch, couldn't be happier.
The tech James was knowledgeable and quickly repaired in under an hour. He was courteous and respectful.
