2nd time this has happened, dropped off metal and shorted 40 pounds. It is probably happening every time. Check your weight before you go. Not a good way to run a business. Not having integrity lowers sales. If you think no one will find out, you are wrong.

Our scales are certified by Blackford according to state requirements and the State also certifies the scales. If you have any issues with the scale, please come into the office and discuss your concerns with management at the time of the problem. The large vehicle scales round to the nearest 20 pounds - this a legal requirement for these types of scales.

Great having them locally for our recycling. I just wish they paid a little better on the stuff we bring. That's why I give them a 3 star and not 4.
