I've been very pleased with American Realty Property Management. They of course are not a perfect company and make mistakes from time to time. I think more people need to recognize this because no person or business is perfect. I think a company should be judged by the way they respond to the inevitable mistakes that they will make. The staff is friendly, helpful, and well organized. Maintenance is usually prompt and very nice. The unit I'm renting is renovated nicely for a good price, and I'm writing this review for $25 off a late fee. The only issue we have is with an outdated refrigerator that needs some replacement shelves. Overall I would recommend renting from American Realty.

I have a had a great experience with American Realty Property Management. The office staff consistently provides high quality customer service. Service request for Work Orders are completed timely and maintenance team members are very clean and courteous.
In general, I like the property management and unit in general except for that it was extremely dirty when we moved in. Maintenance is wonderful though and is always friendly and prompt. I also like that they waive late fees in exchange for a review, which is what this review is for. Definitely recommend based on the quality of the house and affordability!
American Reality has been a pleasure to work alongside. Many Properties to choose from, employees are friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
