I have been living at Hillside Village for almost a year now, and I already signed my lease for next year as well! This apartment complex is overlooked because it is not well known, but it defiantly should be talked about. The rooms are so spacious, the staff is so friendly and helpful, it's always quiet, amazing cost for living here, maintenance is great, and it is in such an amazing location. Didn't violate any contracts or laws, but continually displayed blatant disregard for tenants in both communication and overall policy. Do NOT rent from this company, they are a prime example of hegemonic rental companies whose bottom line supersedes all other concerns.

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The apartments are nice and reasonably priced.
Great clean pave to live! I've lived at West and Hillside they are awesome! If you ever have a problem or issue they help you out instantly. If something needs to be fox maintenance comes so fast to fix the problem. And the people who live there are great!!
