I absolutely love these apartments! All I can say is live here if you get the chance!
I live at The Dean Apartments in Lansing which Ancora Properties recently took over. So far Ancora and our building manager, Heather Reed, have been great. Heather has kept us residence well informed of the upcoming expectations and any changes. Heather has also been very available for any requests or complaints and gives appropriate responses usually the same day. I have been very happy living here.
A truly amazing place to live. West campus is beautiful and a perfect distance from WMU Campus. Jenn is especially great and willing help out in any way she can. I would refer anyone to live with this company!
I have loved living here. Jenn is a great property manager. She is very attentive to our needs and makes sure our living situation is comfortable. She always makes us feel welcomed when we come into her office and is very interested in hearing about our personal lives. Hillside Village has great apartments that are nicely redone. They're a great complex.
The management is great and any maintenance issues are handled quickly! It's a great place to live, I definitely recommend checking them out!
Ancora properties are great! Jenn is a great property manager. The maintenance is great! Do not have to wait very long for maintenance to come by and fix any problems. Jenn is always there for any problems questions. She responds in a timely manner. The units are in great condition.
