My boyfriend, our two pit bulls, and myself have lived with Ancora for two years now. And have signed a lease for a third year! Started at Hillside Village and are now at the Willows on Michigan. Very nice and helpful staff!
Currently live at Hillside Village. Great apartments for the cost. Extremely happy with customer service. Treated like a customer should be. Maintainence is skilled and responds to all requests in a timely manner. Property managers listen to your concerns and go out of their way to make sure you feel you were taken care of.
I have lived at both west campus and hillside village. Both have been great places to live ! They are very attentive to giving me the best service when I have an issue of any sort. The maintenance guys have always been respectful of my home and quick to fix things. They're are so good to my dogs as well; in fact one of my dogs insists on visiting them daily. I would most definitely recommend their properties to anyone.
There are a variety of different apartments and town homes which are sure to fit the diverse needs of the students and families renting through Ancora Properties. Friendly staff and on-site maintenance have made living here a great experience.
American Realty has been great in my first year of renting from them. Everyone in the office has been very friendly and they are easy to work with if an issue comes up. I’m excited to move next year and still rent from them. I would definitely recommend renting from them if you are a college student.
Ancora Properties is very unprofessional. They are out to get college students and take your money. Not happy living here the Landlords are ridiculous.
Overall not many conplaints. Maintenance was very helpful over the 2 years that I lived here. They quickly fixed anything that we needed them to. Showings for the house once we decided to not resign started getting annoying after a while. Showings were often scheduled 3-4 days a week through most of the morning/afternoon. On multiple occasions no one ever showed up for the scheduled viewings and we were never received any notification of cancelation.
