Can't find a better place to live! Management is friendly and very helpful. Any time I've had a problem with any maintenance issues they were fixed immediately. I would recommend this company time and time again

Ancora is a joke. My friends have been trying to sign their lease for months and Jenn Spencer never answers her phone, they've left her messages, texts and she refuses to answer them. She's so unprofessional, I'm trying to get my friends to look elsewhere but she's already taken their security deposit! They only care about money!
Love the apartments, super affordable but Jenn Spencer treated me like I was a nuisance, I had a few questions and she acted like I was bothering her. Needless to say I am looking elsewhere.
Management is flexible and very attentive to our tenant needs. The renovations of The Arbors have conducive to my living style and I am very happy to be living here. The proximity to campus is an added bonus. I would also like to give praise to the maintenance staff for always being on top of any issues that might arise. He deserves a mega bonus.

Refusal to return deposit due to reasons that aren't valid. Property not well maintained before move-in nor was it well cleaned. I have lived in four other apartment complexes and have never been refused a deposit. In fact, I lived the same one at two different times in my lifetime. The only reason I didn't go back there was because they were a cat only complex and I have a dog. If I could give no stars I would. This is in regards to their Eagle's Landing property in Schoolcraft.
I've lived at Hillside Village for 2 years! There have been MANY MANY changes! The staff is way more professional, and the office is nicely decorated. The repair people fix problems quickly, snow is plowed immediately, and any grievances are addressed promptly and appropriately. This is a safe space for college students.
