For 20 yrs they did a great job. My furnace motor went out and they replaced it at a reasonable price. Motor never sounded right and then died 2 yrs later. The same man was dispatched out and he replace the same motor and showed me that the connection was loose and burned the wire . He sharged me twice the amount and denied he was the one that caused the problem.. He also managed burn my thermostat out due to his shaking. Do not have them send out the repairman named GUY. Thank God, for Anchorage Plumbing & Heating. I've had yearly inspections / maintenance for my heater & furnace done by Klebs and Central Plumbing/Heating but none with the customer service or quality and results as Anc. Plumbing & Heating. I mean those guys ( Mark & Jared) actually cleaned and oiled my furnace. Kudos to them, My heaters been running as it shouldve been this winter. I'm definitely sticking with Anc. Plumbing & Heating.

They came out a few short hours after our call. They did the job quickly and professionally. They charged us a very fair amount. We will definatly call them again if we need any work done!

My heater wasn't working on a very cold day, and it was time for me to go to work. Mark S. from Anchorage plumbing showed up just as I had to go. I left a blank check with my boarder and left him alone. I got home and the heater was working and the bill was quite reasonable. He could have padded the bill and didn't. Writing this review is the least that I could do.

We have had heating issues for almost two years, and have had numerous technicians from all different companies come through to try to get the heat running in our unit, one guy even rewired our heating incorrectly saying it would, "save us money," well it didn't save us money, we didn't even have heat in our unit after that. None. So along come Trey from Anchorage Plumbing and Heating to the rescue. He is courteous, professional, and very thorough. He fixed the other guys mistake, and got our heat working wonderfully.
