Company called to advise serviceperson had run into problems, but did not expect to be much longer - shortly thereafter Company called again to advise serviceperson was on enroute - arrived shortly thereafter and immediately got to work - very efficient and professional - explained the problem, the fix and estimated the time - the cost estimate was difficult as it was difficult to determine until all the faucet parts were made accessible and evaluated. Definitely recommend this Company.

Anchorage Plumbing & Heating are my heros! The furnace in my mom's house wasn't producing any heat at all and the temperature inside the house was rapidly dropping. With outside temperatures hovering around 20 degrees, broken pipes were a real possibility. I called several heating businesses and ended up on wait lists. I have used Anchorage Plumbing and Heating for years. There technicians are always courteous and have thoroughly explained everything they were doing. Today my heater wasn't working, they came and fixed it. He made some suggestions on how to optimize my heat bills. I've never had bad service from these guys!

Steve was nocking our door in less than 35 minutes after we asked for help to Anchorage Plumbing and Heater, We told them that our heating system was not working and we were worry because was too cold and we have a baby here. Aaron arrived on time, immediately went to work and thoroughly cleaned and serviced our furnace getting us ready for a trouble-free winter heating season. Upon my request, he also adjusted our bathtub faucet so it would operate more freely. Aaron was pleasant and professional throughout his visit to our home. We are very pleased with Anchorage Plumbing and Heating.

Had leaks in pipes under the sink. Technician called and said he was on his way. He arrived and walked in with vacuum, extension cord with light and tools and started working right away. He inspected the problem, explained to us and proceeded to do the repairs. He was efficient and knowledgeable. We asked him an unrelated matter on a plumbing project we are considering.
