Not good for renters
Anchor Property Services is currently managing my rental property. This is the second year. I am very happy with this company and plan to continue with this company. The team is very professional. They care about the interest of the tenant as well as the homeowner. I feel very fortunate to have Anchor Property Services managing my rental. Each month, I receive a detailed account statement. I moved in about 3 months ago. Moving in I had no real big issues. The land lord is pleasant and the gentleman running the maintenance is really great. For what im paying, I feel like I got a pretty good deal for this area. As I was driving over in the u-haul, my dad had a heart attack (he's doing fine now) so I called the landlord and maintenance to explain the situation. They let me park the u-haul in an empty lot so I could get a ride to the hospital. It was really nice of them. However, there were some small issues I had... read more
