My mom has declined a lot since a fall last April. She went from independently living at home to a skilled nursing home in 5 months. We have had issues with communication at the nursing home so we contracted with Anchor Of Hope Hospice to add that second level of care and an outside set of "eyes". The staff has been great in helping to manage her medications and her progression. Thanks Anchor staff and Eileen.

Anchor of Hope is exactly what the name states, when you get a diagnosis that is so overwhelming you don’t know what to ask or who to talk with, Anchor has been a lifesaver for many, myself included. I appreciate everyone there, caregivers, nurses, the chaplain, every person who takes the time to be true caregivers.
