Anchor Inn- Hutch Favorite The best mexican food in Hutchinson, KS, and the hub of the town on a Friday night before a game. They feature an all you can eat buffet with everything on it. My favorite: The cheese enchiladas and the guacamole. There is plenty to order off the menu. This is a great spot to visit after a visit to the Cosmosphere or salt mines!

fast waiting service and fresh food
The tamales, frijoles, rice, salad, guacamole......l wish l had gotten it together so we could of had supper there today. Oh well, surely we can make it to Saturday Lunch or Dinner there.:-)
We ate there for our first time and it was great. The staff was friendly and had great food at great prices. really liked the atmosphere too.
Guacamole was awesomely
It may be because I grew up on it, but Anchor Inn is the best most authentic Mexican food. Simple done expertly. Btw, I could drink that sauce, I love it so much!
The service was great the two women that helped us went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything we had ordered, pleasant conversation without being intrusive. The food was outstanding I was very pleased from the time we entered to the time we left.
The best in Hutchinson!!!
