My favorite restaurant in the world! I have never found Mexican food like it and I've been ordering ala carte cheese enchiladas trying to find something close for over a decade! When I moved to Florida I convinced them to overnight me enchiladas, rice, chips and salsa I was so incredibly happy...I just moved to Italy and hoping maybe we can work something out again ;) You must go to this restaurant if you're in Hutchinson!

Unfortunately my family won't be back� So disappointed.
We had our Dillon's girls Office Party at The Anchor..this is a continuing tradition and we look forward to it every year!! The food and staff are amazing. Thank you for another fun party!!
The cheese dip just ruined my whole plate. It tasted like power cheese instead of the real thing. In my opinion, if you are going to serve Mexican Food you had better have real cheese. This was off of the buffet. Margarita was pretty sweet. Tasted like it was a mix instead of made freah as well
