Good luck scheduling an appointment with this doctor. We live out of town and my husband called yesterday and asked about a consultation appointment with Dr. Shrid. The "call center" took his information and said it could take up to 24 hours for a return call. More than 24 hours passed with no call so we called again only to be told that it could take up to 4 weeks for the "referral department" to call him to even schedule the appointment. Dr. Shridharani performed my HoLEP procedure in June 2025, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From consultation through recovery, he and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care. Both his office and Erlanger provided outstanding service. My recovery was easy and the results have been excellent. I highly recommend him for this procedure.
Dr. Shrid is my Urologist of choice. He is caring, compassionate and an excellent doctor. He has managed my kidney stone issues, and performed three surgeries on me. I trust him completely. My last procedure was a Coloplast surgery with an implant. This a complicated procedure but it went just as explained and completely solved my problems. He has a fantastic staff also. If you are looking for a Urologist to trust, then choose him. Thank you Dr. Shrid!!
Doctor Shrid is an awful doctor that can’t be trusted. He lied to me multiple times and told me I was already healed without any tests done. Then he tells me not to schedule a follow up appointment. I remember asking him first appointment “What can I do to speed up the recovery or make sure I recover period?” he laughed and said “You can just do nothing” rather than telling me there was a recovery purpose to what he prescribed.
