Upon checking out the hotel wrongly charged me for the room. It was prepaid and this is an unacceptable mistake. Further more I still haven’t received the refund. As noted this was not my fault and a big mistake on the hotel. I expect them to release funds immediately and clearly that is not the case.

The hotel is old and hasn’t been renovated in 30 years, the cost does not compare to the quality, the housekeeping is poor, they didn’t empty trash cans, ironing board was not folded and return to its location, the bathroom wasn’t swept or mopped which we noticed by the sand on the floor from our prior visit to the beach, the chairs included in the room have holes of cigarette burns, the lamps included spiderwebs, the railing in the closets are black (could possibly be mold) the shower tiles have not been scrubbed you can se... read more
