I booked back in January of 2020 for a March stay learned that Disney and all surrounding attractions were closing effective on March 14th due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I called them on the 10th and they refused to accept my cancelation and still billed me for one night stay. unacceptable Portofino. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company.
First the good: Nice rooms, not far from Disneyland so we were able to walk in the morning and save on parking. The bads: Concierge was rude when we asked where to park because the main lot was completely full. They waited a MONTH to charge me for the hotel stay. We were there early February and they waited til March 7 to take the amount from my account. older establishment but extremely clean and well presented. Its proximity to Disneyland (easy walking distance) is second to none!

Great accommodations and very good prices!!
Great place to stay to see the parks. Bit expensive for what it was but everywhere seems to be expensive near the parks.
Clean room, friendly/helpful staff, and a short walk to Disneyland. No complaints! Would definitely stay again.
We were concerned about bed bugs because of reviews but had no issue with them hotel was great staff was friendly and it was about a 10 minute walk to Disney!
